Results of the competition for the position of the director of INE PAN

As recquired by §12 of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of November 22, 2010 on the competition for the position of director of a scientific institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Journal of Laws No. 233, item 1530, as amended), we kindly inform you that as a result of the competition proceedings the Competition Committee for conducting the competition for the position of the director of the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences with its registered office at ul. Nowy Świat 72, 00-330 Warsaw, has chosen dr. Urszula Skorupska as the new director of the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, registered at ul. Nowy Świat 72, 00-330 Warsaw.

In accordance with the results of the competition, the President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, as of October 1, 2022, will entrust Dr. Urszula Skorupska with the function of director of the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences with its registered office at ul. Nowy Świat 72, 00-330 Warsaw for a 4-year term, i.e. until September 30, 2026.
