The postgraduate studies "Master of Business Administration in Tourism and Hospitality", hereinafter referred to as MBAH studies, will be conducted in the field of social sciences, in the field of economic sciences and at the intersection of the following disciplines: economics and finance as well as management and quality sciences.

The studies are dedicated to managers of hotel and tourist enterprises and are focused on contemporary trends in economics - finance - management. MBAH students acquire interdisciplinary knowledge and skills necessary in a modern approach to managing a hotel and tourist enterprise. The subject matter of the courses and professional staff with extensive practical experience in the hotel and tourism industry determine the uniqueness of the study program.

The main goal of MBAH is to develop managerial competences of program participants, focused on the challenges of the hotel and tourism sector. Growing competition and new trends on the market require constant learning and adoption of new solutions in the hotel and tourist enterprise. The target group is employees of the hotel and tourism industry who plan to develop their professional career in the managerial direction or improve their qualifications - as owners or managers of departments in a hotel and tourism enterprise. Candidates must have completed university studies with professional experience in the hotel or tourist services industry with min. 3 years of experience.
