About me:

Natalia R. Potoczek (Ph.D., Hab.), professor at Institute of Economics, Polish Academy of Sciences (INE PAN) in Warsaw. She is a researcher at the Laboratory of Process and Network Analysis at INE PAN and is engaged in transferring knowledge between science, business, and the public sector. She is also a professor at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz and a longtime lecturer.
She is a member of the Academy of Management (NY) and a reviewer of the Annual Meeting of AoM conference papers, a member of the BPMGOV Program Committee, and a reviewer of Central and Eastern Europe Forum conference papers as part of the International Conference on Business Process Management. Currently, she uses the perspective of the digital economy in research on processes, value chains, and business models.
