Research interest:
adoption of e-banking and payment instruments, consumer payment behavior, payment economics, demand for money, FinTech development
About me:
My research interests focus on the broadly defined economics of payments. In my work, I analyze consumer payment patterns and behavior in a dynamically changing environment. I also examine the adoption of electronic banking and modern payment instruments by consumers and the market. I present the results of my research at key academic events, participating in conferences such as the Economics of Payments series and the International Cash Conference. I combine academic activities with business practice, drawing on my fifteen years of professional experience in the payments industry. I am also involved in the dissemination of economic and financial knowledge, as part of which I have prepared studies for the Obserwator Finansowy portal and published in the SUERF Policy Briefs series.
