Dr hab. Natalia R. Potoczek, profesor w Instytucie Nauk Ekonomicznych PAN w Warszawie. Jest pracownikiem naukowym w Pracowni Analiz Procesowych i Sieciowych INE PAN. Zajmuje się transferem wiedzy pomiędzy nauką, biznesem i sektorem publicznym. Jest również profesorem Wyższej Szkoły Biznesu - National-Louis University w Nowym Sączu oraz wieloletnim wykładowcą. Jest członkiem Academy of Management (NY) oraz recenzentem artykułów konferencyjnych Annual Meeting of AoM, członkiem Komitetu Programowego BPMGOV oraz recenzentem artykułów konferencyjnych Central and Eastern Europe Forum w ramach International Conference on Business Process Management. Obecnie w swoich badaniach nad procesami, łańcuchami wartości i modelami biznesowymi wykorzystuje perspektywę gospodarki cyfrowej.
